  2. 2011-13 Priorities • 403B cap • Hard (fixed) Dollar on district health insurance contributions • Discontinue retiree health insurance contributions for new employees • Simplify work day language • Revise Schedule C • Reduce teacher absences

  3. Potential Issues for 2013-15 • More flexible work schedule within the regular contracted time • Simplify language on basic work day • Schedule C revamp • Notification date for retirement • New marriage language • New sick leave language • 403B dollar cap

  4. Budget – Example Year 1 • If: • $10,000 on Schedule C • .5% salary enhancement • Grant steps and lanes • Longevity continues • Employer share of health care increase at 7.5% • Increase to TRA and FICA • Then: Year 1= 2.7% increase

  5. Budget Factors • ADSIS • Additional programming • Potential FTE increases based on enrollment
