This study evaluates the workplace readiness, behavior, and preparedness of engineering students participating in cooperative education programs. Conducted by Jon Jeffryes and Meghan Lafferty at the University of Minnesota, the research involved a sample size of 36 respondents from various grade levels, primarily Juniors and Seniors. The study emphasizes the importance of a portfolio program, teamwork workshops, and information literacy integration in enhancing students' skills for the professional environment.
