  4. Non Renewable Resources • Resources that are not replenished in a reasonable amount of time • Examples • Coal and oil

  6. Green Structures • Sustainable sites • Design sensitive to plants, land, consumption impacts, existing and emerging eco-systems • Water Efficiency • Minimizing amount of water used in buildings. LEED requires 20% reduction
