Tech Task Force • Each club must appoint a rep. to serve on the Tech Task Force • Rep. will serve as the point person for all tech-related issues • MBACS / GSG will not fund your club’s activities unless you appoint a rep. to attend TTF meetings! • Rep will be responsible for maintaining the website and updating events! • All info distribution and surveys should go through CG first!!!! VP of Tech Deck | 3

Club Email Accounts • Each club has a club specific email account • Contact program office liaison if you need to reset your email password • Using email – send email using CampusGroups • Personalize email introduction • Attach files • Include events • Access to class of 2015 & 2016 class distribution lists from August 20th to Sept 10th– reach out to them early about kick off events, member ship info, etc. VP of Tech Deck | 4

  5. CampusGroups • One central website for Marshall students to use across all clubs • Member information • Email • Calendar / Events • Share Documents / Pictures • Conduct Surveys and Polls • PayPal Transactions VP of Tech Deck | 5

MandatoryCampusGroups Updates • Prospective students can see some portions of your club’s CG website • Provide information to help prospective students develop a better idea of what Marshall is like! • Make your club interesting by posting events and pictures!! • Improve your brand • Centralize your club’s communications • Joe (VP Finance) will restrict your MBACS / GSG funding if your club’s CG website is not updated VP of Tech Deck | 6
