The 2012 Pacific Aviation Directors Workshop, held from March 13-15 in Guam, focused on the theme of "Aviation Safety Through International Leadership, Education, and Marketing." Director Charles I. Obichang from the Bureau of Aviation in Palau International Airport highlighted several ongoing and pending projects, including the Secondary Apron Project, Wildlife Management Plan, and Facility Maintenance Plan. Participants also explored the importance of safety management and enhanced collaboration among Pacific aviation leaders. Notably, new airline operations were launched, including Palau Airways.
