  13. Medical Update • Medical WG Telcon held Tuesday, 8 Nov 2011, 1200 hrs • All medical team members on PDSS Gold Team identified; working on completing travel requirements • Per ODC, working on dividing medical personnel on PDSS Gold Team to Indonesia into two smaller groups

Engineering Update Engineering Working Group conducted telecon 7 Nov PDSS teams- tracking, no issues - Command policy against photocopying ID/passport hampers 1NCD PAC & subordinate PDSS participation CONOPS being developed to determine FIE/SIE feasibility.   15. Logistics Update • PDSS: • PDSS logistic team investigating available life support options. Also joined Engineering team and medical teams for site surveys in Philippines • PDSS logistic team for Vietnam reduced • Mission Supplies: DLA Coordinating with USNS Mercy Supply and CPF Medical to establish mission medical kit similar to WHO medical kit for HADR. FLC Yokosuka coordinating with USNS Mercy Supply regarding HSP contracts for mission countries.

Notional CJ-CMIC Mission Statement The mission of the Combined Joint Civil Military Information Center (CJ-CMIC) is to achieve coordination and unity of effort among organizations and partner nations delivering MEDCAPS, DENCAPS, ENCAPS, VETCAPS, SMEEs, and other relationship building activities during PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP. A CJ-CMIC is formed to: • Exchange Information. • Perform liaison and coordination between military capabilities and other agencies, departments, and organizations to achieve the goals of the mission. • Direct the collection and analysis of assessments • The CJ-CMIC will serve as the primary coordination interface to assist in operational and tactical level coordination between the command element and other stakeholders. Members of a CJ-CMIC may include representatives of U.S. military forces, Partner Nation military leaders and the international humanitarian community. The CJ-CMIC is the meeting place of stakeholders and generally does not set policy or direct operations. No Change
