  12. CPF FOPS Update 71 Unsourced Billets - Sourcing issues is currently being discussed at O-6 level. Expect to be elevate to Flag level within the next couple of weeks. EST Sourcing • Received requirements from FPWG. • Working on timeline to acquire or source through alternate means (C7F FAST, MSRON-3). MPC Request • 16NOV: Memo to N5 for signature on request. • 18NOV: N00 approval to conduct MPC.

  13. Medical Update • Medical WG Telcon held Tuesday, 16 Nov 2011, 1200 hrs • All medical team members on PDSS Gold Team identified; working on completing travel requirements for the veterinarian • Working out details for the medical assessment plan - Funding, team composition, dates, etc.

  14. Engineering Update Engineering Working Group conducted telecon 14 Nov PDSS teams- tracking, no issues Philippines SMEE: Seawall construction (Dr. Lin selected as SMEE). Philippines Site Survey: Projects Recommended: 3 schools & 1 medical clinic. Australian Defence Force approval is approximately 90% complete. - 2 individuals identified for Indonesia site survey team - ADF determination of FIE will follow site survey report Philippine Project Package preparation (ACB1 lead- BUC Sarmiento) On-track Off-Track/Recoverable Off-Track not recoverable Completed

  15. Logistics Update • PDSS: PDSS logistic team investigating potential life support options. Joined Engineering team and medical teams for site surveys. Conducted site visit to Sihanoukville commercial port and pier to review support options. • Mission Supplies: Initial APRI funding now available All veterinary supplies will be purchased and loaded in Hawaii. FLC Yokosuka will provide USNS Mercy Supply HSP contracts for each mission country
