SOM as follows: 02 Jul 12: Concentrate at Devonport Naval Base (DNB) 03 Jul 12: Fly to Manila, Philippines. 04 Jul 12: Embark USNS Mercy. 05 Jul 12: USNS Mercy ship familiarisation training. 06 - 09 Jul 12: USNS Mercy transiting to Vinh City, Vietnam. 10 - 24 Jul 12: Mission Conduct: Vietnam. 24 Jul 12: Disembark USNS Mercy / fly domestic to Hanoi (TBC). 25 Jul 12: Depart Vietnam. 26 Jul 12: Return to NZ (over-nighting in DNB). 27 Jul 12: Return to home locations.   14. CPF FOPS Update • Manning Update • Remain billets ordered in 23 Mar SDOB. • Indonesia EAP is being discussed at CPF • Will provide determination by the end of the week.

  15. Medical Update • Transition to new DMOP – CAPT David Tanen. • Medical Assessment: PI report being chopped. CAM cancelled. RMI will go forward, Tentative date of July. • Staffing – 43/623 billets remain “un-named” – reportedly filled, names have not been forwarded. NGO staffing received from PACFLT. PN staffing progressing. Malaysia and Netherlands joining. • Credential requirements: PACFLT review, decision pending. • CONOPS – Medical Annexes complete, DMOP brief to MTF CO tomorrow. Vet annex due to DMOP 29 MAR. • MRX – LL being compiled. • RON – CPF has approved use of hotels “for all overnight stays in PP12”. Still 2 sites in IND that will likely require RON on-site, perhaps 1 in CAM.
