  2. HERE2Homeland Emergency Response Exchange HERE is a software application that displays Tier 2 data. It may be run with or without an internet connection.

  3. Click on Execute Search

  4. If you do not want the data to run, you can click on Schedule to set the time.

  5. You can pick which states data you want to receive. Iowa is already checked. If picking more than Iowa you will need to click on Request access.

  6. Under Startup Options, uncheck the Start HERE upon Windows startup. This will allow you to determine when you want to open HERE 2.

  7. When you map to Google Earth, this is the Legend that comes up. You can change the icons that appear by left clicking on the one you want to change. Wait a minute then right click. It brings up a list of available icons.

  8. You can also pull up the Chemical Data Sheet for chemicals. Type in the Name or CAS# and click on the magnifying glass to search for the data sheet.
