EMERGENCY RESPONSE

In the event of an emergency involving hazardous material spills or the need for medical assistance, follow these critical procedures: Immediately contact Public Safety at 5-3333 and provide detailed information, including the Laboratory Safety Plan, amount and specifics of the material involved, and any available Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). If there is a fire, activate alarms, evacuate the building, and notify Public Safety. Ensure everyone is aware of emergency phone numbers, locations of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and the evacuation plan.
