  4. Facilitate neutral reporting based upon professional experience and expertise as opposed to local or agency representation regarding data sharing

  5. Provide an overview of practice implications for new policies and provide where appropriate realistic expectations in relation to data sharing

  6. Provide a network for information sharing across Scotland regarding good practice about policy implementation
