  11. Specials Classes: Please refer to the schedule your child’s teacher gave you last week for specific information Return all Media Center materials on your Media Center day. Please wear sneakers on P.E. days!

Grading Policy: Children will be graded using the following marks: NI – Needs Improvement The student exhibits skills, knowledge and behaviors in isolation or on rare instances, usually with a great deal of support. D – Developing The student exhibits skills, knowledge and behaviors with some teacher guidance and support. CD – Consistently Demonstrating The student exhibits skills, knowledge and behaviors independently with minimal teacher intervention.

  14. Homework: * A homework packet will be sent home each Monday. Packets should be completed throughout the week and returned on Fridays. * Children will record their nightly reading titles in their agenda book and get it signed each day. * Please make sure your child has a comfortable, quiet place to complete homework each night.

  16. Miscellaneous: Sign agenda books each night. Check to see what color your child was on that day. Want to be a Volunteer? Sign up at your child’s classroom! Sign and return Tuesday folders each Wed. Water Bottles are allowed in class. Please fill and send in each morning. November Conferences are being scheduled at your child’s classroom!
