DISNEY UPDATES • Walkthrough on Process • Team Registration - $600.00 if by sept. • Four night minimum- • Lacrosse wrapped up by 4 or 5pm. • Three day theme park tickets and travel. • 479 per person. • Five night – 525 per person. • JETBLUE GROUP. • Air fair through Delta- • 25 total people. March 22nd to March 30th. • Ballpark Denver 6:15am on 22nd. Return 3:30pm from orlando – tax and booking fee $546 per person. Deposit for $40.00 on the 28th. • 10:40 into Orlando 402.92. • 25th to the 29th 10:30 501.per person. • 1 hour session with Casey Powell. • Each player receives shorts and dry shirt. • Can provide a community service project.

Fundraisers to Discuss in order • Rocky Mountain Air-show. • Program Updates. • Team Food opportunityes • Ticket Sales. • Pumpkin Shootout. • 501C3 • Fall and Winter Leagues • Team Potluck. • Homecoming Parade • $5,500.00 • $4,000.00 to $5,000 • $2,000.00 • Tickets towards the $200.00 player booster fee. • ANY AMOUNT is GOOD. • $3,000.00

  4. ROCKY MOUNTAIN AIRSHOW • 1 or 2 people Sunday morning at 6:30 Am Jones’s. • Go in past main gait to volunteer check in. with list of names. • Short two people on Friday afternoon 3-6pm. (should be ok). • We are about 5 short for Friday. Possibly Austin Adkinson.

  5. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT • CEO BILL BLATTMAN • Don tulloch and bill will address parents at the potluck for parental support with the program. • Sept octnovember we should lock down our doners. • LHS STUDENTS CAN DO THE LAYOUT!

  6. TEAM FOOD OPPORTUNITIES • LELECK AND MITCHELL • Chilis and king Soopers are looking for a 501C3

  7. PUMPKIN SHOOTOUT • DATE postpone to following weekend to mid november. • There is another tournament at dicks nov. 3rd/4th.

  8. 501C3 – WILL HAVE DECISION BY POTLUCK • Coach Leleck legal zoom. Cost is approx. $600.00. Major issue is taxes and establishment of fiscal year. • 5 months from year end to file a tax return with the IRS. If you raise less than $50,000.00 you do an online IRS survey? Jim cimicula has a CPO that files approx. $500.00 per year. • Through the DOUG. CO. Educational FUND. We will have to run through school and the vending lists, and purchasing etc. • Douglas county (football team uses). Doug Co. will file the taxes. Checks will be written to the foundation. • Shaun talked with the booster club rep. for football and it seems .

Ticket will deborah. • Stromans information on the rockies. • DU Hockey/lacrosse tickets, rockies, Mammoth games- • We would sell the tickets for about $10.00. • Cougars and hawks for lacrosse selling. • Three ticket sales opportunities throughout the year. Each player must sell four tickets. Sales over four tickets will knock off $200.00 of your • Kurt has a date for the rockies game • Sunday Sept. 23rd. Sell for $28.00, we make $10.00 per player. • 1st base 1st level seats. • Conflict with rockies game. • Mammoth tickets $10.00 per ticket sales.

Fall League • Flyer out Thursday Evening communicating • Potluck Dinner date. • Booster Club meeting dates. • Fall Registration and Collection Dates. • Fall League Practice Schedule. • Fall league practices • Tuesday and Thursday Starting Sept. 4th. • BEGIN LEGEND CAMPAIGN. • Announcements in school. • School Lunch Visits. • Leleck. • Flyers Etc.

Potluck Dinner. • Agenda • Practice a 4 – 5:45 • Dinner starting at 6:30 half our setup with video projection etc. Set up Helmet purchase area sticker purchase area. • Welcome and program handouts. • Our Mission Statement • Our Program Overview. • Spring Season, websites, summer, winter, fall leagues. • How do we Increase player experience within our program • Raising Funds- $200.00 per player by february 27th. • Tracking Players and families for fund raisers. • School fee’s vs. Booster Fees. • Midfield bring.

  12. Homecoming Parade • I hope that this Olympic theme will be easy to complete in such a short amount of time -- the parade/carnival is Sept. 5!

  13. Keep Youth at Legend From Cimmeron. Own 8th grade Legend team.
