  20. Quotes from Students and Teachers Students Teachers “Thank you for coming in and talking to us about how we can save other people even after we die or help to save them now. Hearing you talk about the whole process of organ donation cleared a few things up for me. It was really interesting to hear stories about people that had been helped that way. Thank you for coming in!” “Thank you for your visit and powerful speech. I want to thank you for opening my mind and heart for a wonderful cause. I have decided that I am becoming a donor to help others.” “Thank you so much for coming in and sharing your story. It really touched me. I kind of understand what you feel because my older sister passed when I was younger and she was also a donor. I’ve already signed up to donate and talked to my parents. I truly appreciate your passion and enthusiasm.” “The presentation was both factual and emotional through personal stories. This allows the students to connect to the speaker.” “My students were very attentive and interested during the presentation. The speaker’s knowledge, patience and sincerity really helped students engage.” “It was a very personal and I think the presenter mate a connection with the students. I think many students went home and talked with their parents about tissue donation for the first time.”
