This project aims to design and manufacture a heat exchanger learning apparatus to enhance students' understanding of heat exchangers and the parameters affecting their performance. The apparatus will feature three interchangeable bundles for studying internal components, utilize LabVIEW for data collection and display, and facilitate hands-on learning with a temperature differential of 20°F-30°F. The final design will include detailed manufacturing drawings and a comprehensive cost analysis, supported by industry and faculty advisors to ensure real-world relevance.
