Enhancing Student Achievement Through Strategic Goals and Technology Integration
The district aims to foster opportunity and achievement within safe, healthy, and welcoming schools by aligning building-specific goals with district-wide AIMS. Administrators crafted four goals focusing on unique needs: enhancing opportunity, promoting safe environments, and improving operations while integrating technology. Each staff member is encouraged to create three individual goals—one highlighting student achievement based on MCA scores, one aligned with building goals, and a technology-specific goal to further advance educational objectives and support effective learning environments.
