  2. The district sets the vision. Increase Opportunity and Achievement Safe Healthy and Welcoming Schools Effective and Efficient Operations

  3. Building administrators were asked to create 4 building goals that align to the 3 district AIMS and the integration of technology. These goals are based upon the unique needs of each building. Increase Opportunity and Achievement- Safe Healthy and Welcoming Schools Effective and Efficient Operations integrating technology

  4. Based on the 4 building goals each staff member creates 3 individual goals that are aligned to the building goals. • Goal #1 aligns to Increase Opportunity and Achievement • Goal #2 is a goal of your choice but it must align with one of the building goals. • Goal #3 is a technology goal that aligns with your building’s technology goal.

  5. Administration VDAP Requirements ATPPS VDAP Requirements 3 Goals Student achievement Staff choice Technology 1 Goal 1. Student achievement This goal was developed based each building’s MCA scores over a period of 5 year. ATPPS and the administration “share” this goal.
