  4. It has 2 varieties- ruby and sapphire. • It scratches every mineral except diamond. • It is in the hematite family. Corundum

  5. Topaz is often mistaken for diamond. • Pink crystals are loved so much that yellow ones are often heated up to turn them pink. • It is in the topaz family. Topaz

  6. Jade has 2 varieties- jadeite and nephrite. • It is often found with Talc and Serpentine. • It is in the pyroxene family. Jade
