  2. Onion Find your file and open it.

  3. Select the straight line tool. Drag across your field of view.

  4. Under analyze: Set scale

  5. Pixels are already there. Enter your known distance.

  6. Trace a cell wall with the free hand tool (before).

  7. Go to analyze: Measure

  8. Analyze: Set Measurements

  9. Measure DNA Distance

  10. Leaf Surface Area

  11. Compare Stomata per surface area Oak 400X Rose 400X

  12. Choose the Multi point tool (right click)

  13. Click to number(21 in the field of view)

  14. Diameter= 0.45 mm • Radius= 0.225 mm • Area of FOV= 0.145mm2 (from Image J) • Verify ?
