Understanding Muscular Disorders: Managing Fatigue and Preventing Injury

DESCRIPTION

Muscular disorders can significantly impact physical performance, often caused by lactic acid buildup during exercise, leading to muscle fatigue. It’s crucial to practice proper stretching both before and after workouts to facilitate lactic acid distribution. Adequate rest and hydration are essential for recovery, as they help replenish joint lubricants. To prevent muscular disorders effectively, maintaining proper posture and engaging in appropriate exercise routines is key. By focusing on these practices, individuals can enhance muscle health and reduce the risk of injury and fatigue.
