Planning for the Future –Women’s Services • CMC plans to break ground on a new Women’s and Newborn Center in Summer 2010. • The Montana Breast Health Center is open and serving women throughout the region. • 1600+ babies are born at CMC each year. • NICU serves families throughout the state.

Rehabilitation • 12 out of 14 brain injury specialists in Montana work at CMC. • Over 90% patient satisfaction in orthopedics and PT, OT and speech therapies. • 88% of patients discharged from CMC Rehab are released to home.

Shifting Healthcare Patterns • Three years ago, 70% of CMC’s revenue came from inpatient with 30% outpatient. • Now, 50% of revenue is inpatient and 50% is outpatient, signaling a fundamental shift in healthcare patterns. • This shift will require investments in growing OP services such as imaging and Endoscopy.
