  5. My great-grandparents in India • My great-grandpa: • Professor and • Freedom fighter (fighting to make India free from foreign occupation) • Another great grandpa • Engineering professor • He used to research artificial rain-making (going up in planes and pouring salt into clouds

  6. My family in Taiwan • My grandpa was born in China and came to Taiwan with the K.M.T. army. • My grandma was born in Taiwan when it was a Japanese colony. She had a Japanese name in school.

  7. My great grandparents in Taiwan • My great grandpa in Taiwan owned a fishing trawler fleet in the big port of Keelung • My great grandpa in China was a businessman in the city of Sandu in Fujien province

  8. My celebrations: Indian Independence Day • I celebrate India being liberated from foreign rule
