  5. PTSA Annual Financial Report and Audit • Annual financial report and audit were completed for the year ended June 30, 2013. • Audit was completed and financial records were found to be correct. • No areas for improvement were identified as a result of the audit.

  6. Proposed BudgetJuly 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014 • Cash Balance @ July 1, 2013 $ 7,386 • Budgeted Revenues $ 26,138 • Budgeted Expenses $(27,665) • Startup Funds for Next Year $ (2,500) • Est. Cash Balance @ June 30, 2014 $ 3,359

  11. Why join PTSA? Your membership dues support social and educational activities for our students , i.e.. Scholarships, Test Prep as well as teacher grants. Your membership supports the continuation of these and additional offerings year after year, maintaining the strong legacy of parental involvement for which Hillgrove is known. Your membership also affords you discounts from National PTA sponsors such as Staples, Hertz, T-Mobile, eTrack and many others. PTSA Needs Your Help!!!

  12. Get Involved and Stay Informed • Join e-news- It’s the best way to stay informed of all school-wide activities and events. Visit the Hillgrove web page to sign up. • Just as precious as your treasure is your time. By volunteering through PTSA you become part of the solution to ensure growth and success for your child and every child in our community.

  13. Do you own a local business? Looking for more exposure? • PTSA e-News Sponsorship is a wonderful and inexpensive way to gain exposure and potential business! • Our e-list includes approximately 1,900+ email addresses and e-News is sent on average 20 times throughout the month. • Our reporting shows, of the 1,900+ recipients approximately 1,200+ open the e-News! • That is approximately 24,000 hits per month! • Additionally, we will promote your sponsorship once a week during your sponsorship month by posting your ad on the PTSA Facebook page. Currently we have over 250 friends and growing. • How much PTSA e-News Sponsorship cost? • This amazing opportunity is being offered at a cost of $125 per month. • Availability is on a first come, first served basis. Only one sponsorship is allowed per month. e-News Sponsorship The Hillgrove PTSA looks forward to helping your business get exposure and grow!
