  21. Where’s my bill? • NO PAPER BILLING STATEMENTS ARE MAILED. • Your bill is available for viewing on Campus Connection through the View Statements/Pay Online Now link. • Students and Authorized Users will get the e-Notice.

  22. UND Pride Card…Why do I need this?

  23. Credits and Refunds • All credits will post to the student’s account and if there are no other charges, will be refunded. • All refunds are processed via the UND Pride Card selection you choose. You will use the UND Pride Card to receive REFUNDS!

  24. How Do I Get My UND Pride Card • Your card will automatically be sent to the HOME address within two weeks after you register for fall classes.

  25. Refund Preference Options for the UND Pride Card… • ACH Direct Deposit to your existing bank account OR • Open a One Account checking account (then the card becomes a debit card) • 3 ATM machines on campus

  26. What Do I Do When I Get It? • Select your refund preference using your pride card at www.UNDPrideCard.com

  27. If your card is lost or stolen… • Go online to www.UNDPrideCard.com and order a new card OR • Contact SAS to order a replacement card (Please note: There is a $20 replacement fee charged to your Campus Connection account.)

  28. Do Not Throw It Away! Look for your UND Pride Card in the mail and remember to use it to select your refund preference immediately! www.UNDPrideCard.com

  29. What happens if I don’t activate my card to select my refund preference? • Students who choose not to activate their UND Pride Card will experience a significant delay in receiving their excess financial aid or other refunds. (Minimum of 21 days from initial processing date of the refund.) • The checks are issued through Higher One, not UND, so if students do not update their HOME address on Campus Connection prior to the UND Pride Card being mailed, there is a risk that the check will be mailed to the wrong address. www.und.edu/dept/studentaccounts/html/pridecard.htm
