7. The Product We at Tortillas Supremas are proud to offer a premium line of flour tortillas and corn tortillas in the region.
Each corn tortilla (1 oz) will have around 50 – 60 calories and 1 gram of fat. The fat in corn tortillas is not added but comes from the masa, which is a coarse ground corn meal. Being locally available, freshness and flavor differentiation are our most important factors . The fat used will be an authentic traditional recipe of vegetable oil accentuating the natural original tortilla taste. There will be 80 calories per flour tortilla and up to 2.5 grams of fat.
