This task provides instructions on how to view a person's role information within PennWorks. After completing the "Find/Add a Person" search, navigate to the Roles/Distributions tab and select "View Role Details." From the Role Summary page, use the drop-down list to choose "View Role Details" and access role information. Additionally, you can add roles or update distributions as needed, depending on your access rights. Follow these steps to manage role details effectively in the system.
