  2. LESION DE PARTES BLANDAS O HERIDAS • DEFINICION Por traumatismo, lesión de partes blandas o heridas se entiende cualquier agresión que sufran los tejidos blandos y en la cual hay perdida de la integridad de los mismos.

  3. LESION DE PARTES BLANDAS O HERIDAS • Son los problemas mas comunes en la atención de primeros auxilios. • Siempre que los tejidos blandos sean lesionados hay peligro de hemorragias o infecciones. • Las causas son muy variadas, pueden estar producidas por agentes físicos, químicos y biológicos. • El mecanismo de lesión es importante

CLASIFICACION DE LAS HERIDAS O LPB 1- Según Solución de Continuidad. a) Abiertas b) Cerradas 2- Según la Gravedad. a) Simples b) Complicadas 3- Según el elemento que lo produce. a) Cortante b) Punzante c) Corto punzante d) H. x arma de fuego e) Laceradas f) Avulsivas g) Contusas h) hematoma i) Aplastamiento j) Amputaciones y otros

  6. CLASIFICACION DE LAS HERIDAS O LPB • SEGUN SOLUCION DE CONTINUIDAD 1- Abiertas: En este tipo de traumatismos o heridas se observa la separación de los tejidos o sea existe una solución de continuidad de los tejidos.

  7. CLASIFICACION DE LA HERIDAS • SEGUN SOLUCION DE CONTINUIDAD 2- Cerradas: Son aquellos donde no se observan separación de los tejidos o sea sin solución de continuidad.

  12. CLASIFICACION DE LAS HERIDAS • SEGÚN LA GRAVEDAD 1- Simples: Son heridas que afectan a la piel sin afectar a otros órganos. 2-Complicadas: Son heridas extensas y profundas, con hemorragias abundantes, generalmente están comprometidos músculos, tendones, nervios, vasos sanguíneos y vísceras.
