IPEC ANGOLA PLANIFICAÇÃO DA CARAVANA • RECOMENDOU: • Estender para África PALOP a Caravana contra o Trabalho Infantil iniciada no Brasil; • Começar a Caravana em Angola, passando a ser este país a porta de entrada do Cata-Vento em África; • Denominar a Caravana “África Livre do Trabalho Infantil” • Data de início da Caravana em África: Junho de 2012 • Data de regresso da Caravana ao Brasil: Outubro de 2013 PRAIA – CABO VERDE, 16 A 20/04/12

IPEC ANGOLA DESACERTOS DA CARAVANA EM ANGOLA RAZÕES QUE INVIABILIZARAM REALIZAÇÃO: ESCASSO TEMPO DE PREPARAÇÃO: desde a confirmação da actividade pela OIT e as datas para a recepção PROCESSO ELEITORAL: envolvimento das autoridades e parceiros no processo; indieinição do novo Governo MINISTRO DO TRABALHO DE ANGOLA SUGERIU REALIZAR: 1. Último trimestre de 2012 (Out-Nov-Dez): OIT não reagiu; 2. Fevereiro de 2013: Fazer coincidir com abertura do ano lectivo E o Fórum Nacional sobre o Trabalho Infantil; 3. Outubro de 2013: Retribuir cortesia do Governo Brasileiro
