Welcome back to Glendale School District! This year, we focus on strategic planning, curriculum enhancement, and professional development aimed at improving academic accountability. Our core principle is encapsulated in the belief that "character is doing what's right when nobody is looking." This initiative involves all staff, including support staff, in a collaborative approach to integrate concepts like weight-bearing walls into educational practices. Together, we will strengthen our goals for technology integration, organizational management, and fiscal responsibility, while also expanding partnerships and enhancing public relations.

Arnie NadonleyJob-Embedded Assignment 3.2 • Develop a professional development activity for all staff (including support staff) that helps to clarify the concept of weight bearing walls and incorporate it in an in-service day activity. • Current Setting/Background: • Attached below are my tentative goals and expectations for the professional and support staff for the 2010-2011 school year that will be part of the in-service activities in the new school year. The goals and expectations represent a continuation of goals and expectations as to improve academics and accountability in the district since the district was without leadership for a long period of time.
