  3. Menu untuk mengakses RFM/S dari KONDUR Tekan tombol quotation untuk mengirim quotation

  4. Isi FORM QUOTATION dengan :Reference : No surat vendor Validity : masa berlaku penawaran. Currency : Mata uang yang di gunakan Comment : Message dari Vendor.

  5. Masukkan harga, delivery time. Kolom Offer di isiapabila barang yang di tawarkan tidak sama dengan spesifikasi yang di minta. Tekan tombol “SEND QUOTATION” untuk mengirimkan quotationAtau tekan “NOT QUOTE” dan sertakan alasan apabila vendortidak ingin mengirimkan penawaran.

  6. Berikut tampilan setelah vendor berhasil melakukan Quotation.

  7. Tampilan pada buyer pada proses negotiate.

  8. Pesan dari buyer Masukkan perubahan negoisasi Yang supplier berikan.

  9. Masukkan pesan, dan tekan tombol “Negotiate” untuk mengirimkan kepada buyer.

  10. Tanggal dan waktu quotation masuk ke dalam sistem Tampilan yang akan muncul apabila quotationtelah masuk ke EPROC system

  11. Status RFM pada tampilan vendor
