Homes for 1-6 persons, deemed a single-family unit and a non-commercial, residential use for the purpose of local laws & ordinances and subject to: • Permitted in residential zoning districts without local government approval • Minimum 1,000’ between homes (local government authority may grant a waiver from requirement subject to requirements)
