REAP Projects in CBS
This overview details the innovative approaches adopted in the CBS programs to improve student learning and engagement. Through the implementation of continuous assessment strategies, including weekly low-stakes MCQ tests and online feedback mechanisms, we aim to reduce the number of underperforming students and enhance the learning experience. Key initiatives include a shift from traditional end-of-module exams to a portfolio assessment approach in Business Research Methods and the use of electronic voting systems for real-time feedback in lectures.
