White Light, based in SW19, employs over 150 staff, providing lighting equipment and services to the entertainment industry. Our apprenticeship program has transformed traditional training by offering structured programs in partnership with colleges like Lewisham College and Central Sussex College. With a focus on technical skills and real-world experience, we aim to cultivate the future generation of talent. Our initiatives include collaborations with prestigious organizations like the National Theatre and Lyric Theatre, enhancing mentorship and promoting industry recognition.
