  5. Integrated Technology Inventory Controls • Radio Frequency asset tags • Periodic Inventory taken as defined by Board Policy 108-4 • Defined methods to inventory items received into the schools and warehouse • Procedures to dispose of obsolete or unserviceable inventory items

  6. Maintenance Software • Eliminated Blanket P.O. Process • E-Signature built into NextGen • Schools are being manually contacted to verify Work Order needs • Work Order Center – Up and running on April 9th • Principal or Designee Signature for certification of work completed

  7. Electronic Purchasing Procedures / Processes • Paper Purchasing Procedures • Piloting Electronic Processing at Lee H.S. • Next Pilot will be the Maintenance Department • Full implementation to follow
