  3. Blessed are you Blessed When you suffer....

  4. Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake. Luke 6:22-23

  5. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy! For indeed your reward is great in heaven, For in like manner their fathers did to the prophets. Luke 6:22-23

  6. Blessed are you When you suffer....

  7. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. Daniel 3:16-30

  8. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. Daniel 3:16-30

  9. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” Daniel 3:16-30

  10. And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Daniel 3:16-30

  11. Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” Daniel 3:16-30

  12. “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” Daniel 3:16-30

  13. Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the province of Babylon. Daniel 3:16-30

  15. He who passes by and meddles in a quarrel not his own Is like one who takes a dog by the ears. Proverbs 26:17

  17. since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, 2 Thessalonians 1:6

  18. and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 2 Thessalonians 1:7

  19. in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:8

  20. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 2 Thessalonians 1:9

  21. Blessed are you When you suffer.... IF - righteous suffering Don’t be Ashamed Glorify God in suffering See beginning...end of In summary... Trust God if it is God’s will for you to suffer Commit your soul to God

  22. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5

  23. Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, 2 Timothy 1:8

  24. For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed 2 Timothy 1:12

  25. for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day. 2 Timothy 1:12
