The PAHT APPLE Programme will encompass diagnostic needs analysis and offer ILM qualifications at various levels, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and a robust development network for all staff levels.

Assessment • Support the Trust’s Strategic Objectives and 5 year plan • Address the needs at organisational, business unit, department, team and individual levels • Focus on performance management and improvement • Align with Human Resources processes • Include staff at all levels • Lead to a nationally recognised qualification
