This proposal outlines a comprehensive program for the development, delivery, and evaluation of Leadership and Management Education, Training, and Development at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.   3. Background • Very little L & MD over past 3/4 years • Four Levels of Leader/Manager 1. Board Members 2. Senior Managers 3. Middle Managers 4. 1st Line Managers/Supervisors

  4. Assessment • Support the Trust’s Strategic Objectives and 5 year plan • Address the needs at organisational, business unit, department, team and individual levels • Focus on performance management and improvement • Align with Human Resources processes • Include staff at all levels • Lead to a nationally recognised qualification
