The Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency, presented by Randall S. Gockley, Coordinator, plays a critical role in ensuring public safety through effective emergency management. Co-located with Lancaster County 9-1-1, the agency consists of career and volunteer staff dedicated to communication, operations, planning, training, and collaboration with local municipalities. Responsibilities include grant administration, emergency operations, hazmat management, and coordination of multi-jurisdictional responses to threats. The agency also prioritizes community training and preparedness for a wide variety of natural and man-made disasters.
