Welcome to your Report Management training session! In this 1½-hour course, we'll cover the streamlined process for producing and managing reports using the mandatory report management system. Key features include maintaining only one copy of each report, tracking changes, and accessing full report histories. You'll be guided through a step-by-step scenario that illustrates the report writing and sign-off process. Scenario (page 3) • Person A writes report on Waste management, with appendix, to be submitted to “Test Committee” for 01/09/2012 • Person A sends report to be reviewed by Person B by 20/08/2012 • Person B will review the report • Person A checks reviewed report • Person A sends for sign off by Chief Officer • Person C or B (CO) checks and signs off report • Person A releases report to Democratic Services
