Service Delivery • Access • VCT • PMTCT • CHBC – 209( Christiana, Noordkaap Vigs Forum; EU process) • ART(13 assessment; 2x treatment; outreach services to Grobblershoop, Keimoes, Kakamas, Askham, Danielskuil; in accreditation process for additional 2 treatment sites – Kakamas, Rietfontein) • STI (all facilities, HTA – process Kakamas)

Service Delivery… • ART • Patients on treatment 1070 • Defaulter rate (April-Sept 08) – (//Khara Hais – 2.93, !Kheis- 14.08, Kai!Garib-0; Mier – 4.84; Tsant – 0.53; Tot. – 2.38) • PMTCT • Nevirapine doses to babies - 97.1% • PCR test on infants – 67% • <5 positive babies – 25,4% • NVP uptake – 61.3
