Planning/Intelligence is responsible for documenting emergency response, collecting information and converting it into “intelligence”…information that requires actions. Collects organizes and files completed emergency forms to include but not limited to: Situation Reports, Action Plans, Advance Plans, Section Reports, Duty Logs, Sign-in lists, maps and supporting documents. • Establishes schedule for collection of documents. • Maintains an accessible filing system.
