  2. HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN: BIOGRAFÍA • Nació en Odense (Dinamarca) el 2 de abril de 1805 • Su familia era muy pobre: el padre era zapatero y la madre lavandera • Su padre murió cuando él tenía 11 años • No podía estudiar y tuvo que empezar a trabajar.

  3. HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN: BIOGRAFÍA • A los 14 años va a Copenhague para ser cantante y actor • Encontró un protector que le dio una beca para poder estudiar • Pronto empezó a escribir: teatro, poemas, libros de viajes, novelas… pero sobre todo se hizo famoso por sus cuentos

HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN: BIOGRAFÍA • Viajó por muchos países: Francia, Italia, Suiza,… y también España • Tuvo amores no correspondidos y nunca se casó ni tuvo hijos. • Tenía muchas aficiones: dibujar, hacer figuras de papel, cantar, viajar, fotografiarse… • Murió el 4 de agosto de 1875 famoso y célebre.

  5. HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN : OBRA • Escribió novelas, libros de viajes, teatro, poesía … pero fue famoso por sus cuentos • Escribió unos 170 cuentos • Los más famosos son: • El patito feo • La Sirenita • El soldadito de plomo • La pequeña cerillera • La princesa y el guisante
