    3. Objetivo: Evaluar la utilidad del Diagnstico por Imagen en la deteccin de Tumores Neuroendcrinos del Pncreas

    4. Material y Mtodos: Estudio retrospectivo 11 pacientes con TNE de pncreas entre 1984-2004. Se registr: Edad Sexo Clnica Tamao Localizacin en la glndula Estirpe tumoral histopatolgica Hallazgos imagenolgicos

    6. Resultados: Mtodo Sensibilidad Ecografa (7/8) 87.5% TC (6/8) 75% RM (7/7) 100% ASD: (4/4) 100 % (2 insulinomas no detectados con otras tcnicas)

    7. Resultados: Ecografia 7 / 8 lesiones Sensibilidad: 87.5 % < 3/5 cm=hipoecoicas homogneas - > 3/5cm= heterogneas (Ca, quistes)

    9. Resultados: RM 7 / 7 lesiones Sensibilidad: 100% T1=hipointensos - T2= hiperintensos - Realzan con Gadolinio

    10. Resultados: Angiografa 4 pacientes (Sens: 100%) 2 insulinomas no detectados por otros mtodos

    11. Conclusin: Los TNE del pncreas son raros y un desafo diagnstico en pacientes con clnica sugestiva. Ecografa, TC y RM son tiles, con una alta sensibilidad. Angiografa selectiva permite diagnosticar lesiones hipervasculares pequeas o no visibles en otros mtodos.
