Professor P.L. Dhar explores why the mind becomes impure, identifying the roots of suffering that stem from our reactions to pleasant and unpleasant experiences. Every encounter triggers emotions like anger, greed, and despair, which we often perceive as normal. This mindset leads to stress, poor self-management, and deteriorating relationships. Professor Dhar emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and non-identification with the body and mind as pathways to address these issues. Gain insights into coping with suffering and achieving a purified mind through understanding and practice.
