VOTING ITEMS TAC • No voting items from COPS this month COPS • 2015 Leadership: Chair - Michelle Trenary, Tenaska Power Services Vice Chair – John Schatz, TXU Energy • Approved NPRR661, Discontinue Posting Profile Data Evaluation Report, PWG Comments PWG recommends that ERCOT retain the information currently contained in the Profile Data Evaluation Report and make available to Market Participants via an ad hoc request

COMMUNICATIONS AND SETTLEMENTS WORKING GROUP (CSWG) • Implementation of NPRR580, Establishment of a Rolling CRR Balancing Account Fund Effective January 2015: On a monthly basis, after refunds for CRR shortfalls, deposit any excess into a capped “Rolling Balancing Account Fund” to be used to cover shortfalls in future months. Distribute to load when the funds exceeds the $10 million cap. • Price Corrections 10/6/2014 through 10/17/2014 • Approved by the Board 12/9/2014 • Issue with implementation of NPRR485, Clarification for Fuel Adder Provisions • Resources with Verifiable Costs had Fuel Adder (used in mitigated offer cap) incorrectly set to zero due to a system error • Error caused “over-mitigation” and affected some RTLMPs and RTSPPs • Resettlement for 10/6/2014 posted 1/20/2015 and other ODs will follow

COMMUNICATIONS AND SETTLEMENTS WORKING GROUP (CSWG) • 5-Minute Data Extracts Available 2/12/2015 • SCR772, New Extract for Five Minute Interval Settlement Data • Provides data to shadow NPRR377, Alternate Inputs to Base Point Deviation Charge • 2% Rule Resettlement Notifications will now include the Market-wide settlement charges total for the Operating Day; Providing transparency for the 2% Threshold amount • CSWG will be working to update the Nodal Settlement Operating Guide

MARKET INFORMATION SYSTEM USER GROUP (MISUG) • MISUG is working with OWG to create a new NOGRR to update gray-boxed language for NOGRR084, Daily Grid Operations Summary Report • OWG declined to sponsor the new NOGRR; MISUG will work with ERCOT Operations to move the new NOGRR forward • ERCOT Manual Efforts & Market Report True-Up • Reviewed the 15 reports that have been recommended for discontinuation/decommissioning and submitted Revision Requests • PWG reviewing LPRR and NPRR related to a Load Profiling report • ROS and WMS tabled additional discussion on NPRRs to allow the Subcommittees time to review again • OWG plan to endorse comments next month for aligning NOGRR138 and NPRR657

  7. MARKET INFORMATION SYSTEM USER GROUP (MISUG) • Review of published Market Reports for accuracy, completeness, and usefulness continues • Hosted 11/14/2014 Workshop to evaluate the technical feasibility of changing the MIS from a “Pull-type” service to a “Push-type” service • Workshop was well attended • Goal: Easy use of Web service • Next steps: ERCOT will evaluate suggestions provided and a follow-up meeting will be scheduled
