  6. Materials • Construction Paper • Pipe Cleaners • Craft Sticks • Cotton Balls • Yarn • Tape

  7. Requirements • All flowers must be free-standing. • Flowers must include all plant parts: Roots, stem, leaves, petals. • Flowers must be between 6 and 10 blocks in height. • Each table must represent all of the colors of the rainbow: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
