  34. Cost-Effectiveness and Cost Review • Pre-Determined benefits: • Acquisition $276,000 • Elevation:$175,000

  35. EHP Review and Compliance • Must comply with all EHP laws and with 44 CFR Part 10

  36. Floodplain Management and Protection of Wetlands • If the floodplain or wetland is the only practicable location, the Applicant/Sub-applicant must avoid or minimize adverse impacts to the floodplain or wetland.
