  5. Community Service &Involvement Program (CSIP) • Graduation Requirement • 15 Points (Grades 9, 10, 11) • 20 Points (Grade 12) • School & Community Involvement • Contact Physical Education teacher & CSIP Coordinator – Mr. Boll

  6. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES • Absences (Attendance Office – 912-2112) • Leaving School Early/Arriving Late • ID Cards • Forgotten Items

  7. DROP/ADD POLICY • Schedule changes will be permitted only during the 2nd and 3rd week of the semester. • Schedule Change Form • Under no circumstances will schedules be adjusted to: • Change teachers • Change lunch periods (unless supported by medical documentation) • Change to more convenient and/or desirable periods • Group friends together in the same class

  8. How is the Final Grade Calculated? • The Final Grade is an average of the following: 4 Marking Period Grades + Midterm Exam and/or Final or Regents Exam = Final Grade Refer to page 9 of Curriculum Guide for information about the growth incentive

  9. ACADEMIC EXTRA HELP • Teacher Extra Help Teachers Provide Schedule • Peer Tutoring (NHS) 6:45-7:20 AM • Homework Helpers Before & After School
