Troubleshooting Evaluations Presented by Amy Albright Surgery Residency Coordinator
Does the evaluator have a schedule in New Innovations? • Check in the “Personnel” section. • Go to the “Schedule” tab.
Have I included all of the correct evaluator and subject status types? • Check in “Session Manager” under “Evaluations”
Have I included the correct Rotations and Departments? • Be sure to check “Include Outside Departments” when appropriate.
What is the match date? It may not have occurred yet. • You can edit this after clicking on the Interval.
Manually match if necessary, but keep in mind it may not go into the system until the specified match date for the interval. • Click the “Filter” button to include people from other departments in your manual match options.
