Obiectivul Comitetului CRPB pentru 2010-2014 Întărirea convingerilor și a identității penticostale a slujitorilor și a credincioșilor din bisericile Comunității.
Viziunea Comunității Regionale Penticostale București • Fiecare slujitor și fiecare credincios din Comunitate să ajungă la convingerea și la experiența plinătății Duhului Sfânt, plinătate evidențiată printr-un caracter duhovnicesc și manifestarea darurilor duhovnicești.
Detaliere: • Duhul Sfânt și conducerea bisericii. • Semnificația, manifestarea și valoarea Botezului Duhului Sfânt. • Implicațiile Botezului Duhului Sfânt în caracterul și moralitatea creștinului și a slujitorului penticostal. • Manifestarea darurilor duhovnicești în viața slujitorului și a bisericii penticostale. • Relația dintre Botezul Duhului Sfânt și misiunea bisericii penticostale.
