  2. GOALS... • Update/upgrade necessary hardware in school • Initiate effective ICTPD for staff • Continue staff and student growth and community involvement • Curriculum integration

  3. HARDWARE IN SCHOOL • TERM 1- two Staff laptops, 2 Smart boards, new server • TERM 2 – 14 second hand flat screen monitors, 2011 wish list established by staff, 2 more laptops • TERM 3 – microphone for each class • TERM 4 – 10 new LCD monitors

ICT PD • Mantar – Lead Teacher days (Tony and Matt) and Management Days (Robyn) twice each term • OpportunIT conference 16 April • Digital Photography PD – Mary Rivers • Teacher Only Day at St. James • Cyber Safety PD – Mary Rivers • Blogging workshop – 11 August • Wiki workshop – 20 Oct (lead by Louise and Matt)

STAFF AND STUDENT GROWTH & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT • School website development • Whanau ICT survey • QLC’s – Mantar cluster teachers • Give away computers – Dennis • Staff meeting ideas • ICT staff meeting • Successful application to Computers in Homes – Friday • “Interface” subscription • TEKids
