  15. Efectos de la “Política de Austeridad” • Se crearon 2.401 items, con los ahorros generados con la reducción de salarios, tanto en el Poder Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial. • En el PGN se crearon 3.062 items. • Creándose, por primera vez 5.463 items, en el año. Educación Salud

  17. NUEVO CICLO EN LA MINERIA Bolivia deja de ser un país exportador de materia prima, el proyecto siderúrgico del MUTUN permitirá al país producir acero.

  18. INVERSIONES- PARTICIPACIONES- EMPLEO El proyecto compromete una inversión de $us. 2100 millones, esto es aproximadamente 16% del PIB. La legislación boliviana indica que en cualquier proyecto el uso del factor trabajo no debe ser inferior al 90%. JINDAL empleará un 95% de bolivianos en su planilla salarial. Esto implica incorporar a 6.365 empleados, equivalente a incorporar a un 2% de personas desocupadas aproximadamente.
